2. Description of Service

Basework is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered translation services for e-commerce stores. The Service enables merchants to translate their store content into multiple languages using various AI translation providers including OpenAI, Google Gemini, and DeepL.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Have a valid Shopify store
• Install the Basework app through the Shopify App Store
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pricing Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and word limits. Current pricing is displayed in the app and on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

4.2 Billing

All billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge you through Shopify for the applicable fees.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal app usage
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BCHLL Ltd and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your store content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your content solely for the purpose of providing translation services.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party translation providers (OpenAI, Google, DeepL). Your use of these services through Basework is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of translations provided by these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. TRANSLATION QUALITY DEPENDS ON THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES AND MAY VARY. WE RECOMMEND REVIEWING TRANSLATIONS BEFORE PUBLISHING.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BCHLL LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BCHLL Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
